Qualifications:
Candidates should have played or coached lacrosse, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.
Job Specific Qualifications:
- Must have a strong working knowledge of USA lacrosse high school rules and WSLA league regulations.
- Works cooperatively with the club coaching group to outline seasonal goals
- Ability to organize and direct individual and small group player development sessions.
- Ability to run practices
- Silver USA Lacrosse Coaching certification for Head Varsity Coach.
- Bronze USA Lacrosse Coaching certification for Assistant and 10U.
- Current CPR and AED certification
- Complete background check
- The capacity to establish a good rapport and working relationship with student-athletes, parents, coaches, and the community is required.
- Ability to inspire athletes and be a positive coaching influence 5 nights a week under various weather conditions.

For High School positions, a successful candidate brings prior coaching experience at the junior high, high school or college levels. For our 7/8 team, a successful candidate will have prior coaching experience or collegiate level playing experience. All coaching candidates will be great collaborators and communicators who motivate those around them and demonstrate an ability to develop skill and understanding of the game of lacrosse. Coaches will comply with all laws and certification requirements. High School coaches will conduct team tryouts, lead M-Fr practices and act as a game day coach. 7/8 coaches will lead practices 2-3 times a week and act as game day coaches. Competitive pay and supplemental paid off-field assignments are available.

Position Summary:
The Girls 78 Head Coach, and High School Assistant coaches are expected to provide effective leadership and create a positive learning environment for the players within our program. Develop and implement practice plans to develop individual skills and team concepts. The coach is expected to model commitment by being at all practices and games. As an Associate Youth Director, partner with the Youth Director in all aspects of executing our youth program.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous coaching experience at high school or collegiate level
- Previous playing experience at high school or college level
- Current or willing to obtain required training to be certified coach (First Aid/CPR, etc.)
- Effective coaching techniques for developing the whole student-athlete
Job Responsibilities:
- Uphold, support, and enforce all aspects of the Eastlake Lacrosse Association Code of Conduct
- Build positive relationships with athletes, families, and community
- Execute practice plans, coach games, practices, and tournaments
- Comply with GELL requirements and standards
- Maintain open communication with Head Coach and Eastlake Lacrosse Association Board
- Commitment to attend all practices, games and tournaments (3-4 days per week)

Eastside Catholic Girls JV Lacrosse Coach
Eastside Catholic High School, a WSLA member of the Independent conference, is accepting applications for a Girl's Junior Varsity Lacrosse Coach reporting to the Girls Varsity Head Lacrosse Coach and the Athletic Director.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a positive coaching style and a strong vision for developing our growing program. We offer competitive pay, comparable to coaches with similar experience in our area.
Desired Professional Qualifications:
- Previous lacrosse coaching experience preferred
- Mature, responsible and self-motivated individual with a positive coaching style
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of the game
- Ability to work effectively with the girls lacrosse coaching staff, Athletic Department and other support staff
Responsibilities:
- Attend all high school games and practices
- Develop and implement consistent practice plans
- Ensure all players learn all aspects of the game and have opportunities to develop these skills in practice and games
- Provide an atmosphere conducive to good sportsmanship; compile and maintain accurate individual and team performance records; participate in the awards program(s) according to school procedure.
- Communicate important information (team news, practice changes, game changes, etc.) in a timely manner to players and parents
- Manage game-day operations
- Attend WSLA meetings as required
- Establish seasonal and long-range goals for the program
- Model behavior that exemplifies our Core Covenants (True Competitor, Integrity, Accountability and Family)
- Implement team activities to promote our Core Covenants
- Communicate effectively and collaborate with players, parents, and the Athletic Department on program development, scheduling, player discipline, and program policies
- Manage distribution, collection and inventory of uniform/equipment
- Support all fundraising efforts
- Other duties as may be assigned by the head varsity coach or Athletic Director

• Have successfully completed Concussion recognition and management with Return to Play Protocols training as required by Washington State Law
• District required Criminal Justice Fingerprint and Background Clearance and SPS Adult Sexual Misconduct Prevention Training

Purpose:

Seattle Prep is hiring a part-time Program Head for Girls Lacrosse. The position’s primary responsibility, under direction of the Athletic Director, is to lead all functions of the sport, building a staff, forming teams, and developing a schedule that will help Seattle Prep run a program that lives out the school’s mission while competing at the top level in the sport.
Essential Functions:
- Demonstrate a passion for coaching and deep knowledge of the sport.
- Lead all levels of the program, developing a strong culture that permeates throughout the program.
- Effectively manage each discipline, organize coaches, and allow all athletes to feel a part of one program.
- Be able to clearly communicate to all constituents in the program.
- Manage the program budget, including uniforms and equipment, local and travel competitions, and more.
- Work with other Program Heads to foster a culture of multisport participation, prioritizing physical strength and personal development and emphasizing mental health.
- Assist in maintaining and maximizing a strong relationship with key external constituents (other teams, club program coaches and administrators, fellow league coaches, etc).
- Build a calendar of activities for both in- and out-of-season activities which maximizes available time and space and prioritizes success in both academics and competition.
- Represent Seattle Prep, the athletic department and the track & field program at a variety of on- and off-campus marketing and networking events.
- Seek continuing education opportunities (clinics, attending college practices, working camps, etc).
- Maintain compliance and stay up-to-date with all Seattle Preparatory School, WIAA coaching and employment requirements.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Deep levels of experience and expertise in the sport
- Prior coaching experience at the high school or college level, head coaching experience preferred
- All candidates must demonstrate a commitment to Prep’s mission and values, especially as it relates to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Supportive of the mission of a Catholic, Jesuit high school and formation of the whole person
- 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid driver’s Washington Driver’s License
- Demonstration of participation in continuing education opportunities in the sport
- Available for all practice sessions, workouts, competitions and related meetings
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications, or the ability to obtain them
- All employees must complete a criminal history background check and safe environment training upon hire and every 3 years
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $8,705 - $14,020 annually. Salary is determined based on skills and qualifications.

Shoreline Lacrosse
Shoreline Lacrosse is seeking an additional coach at the HS level as well as another youth coach for our 14U team! We are looking for individuals who are innovative, truly enjoy coaching and are looking for a positive lacrosse community to join!
Our mission is to grow the game of lacrosse in our area by providing an inclusive, transparent organization with support for families and coaching for players at all skill levels. Teaching our players how to gain and grow the skills to be successful in the game we love helps to improve the community in ways beyond the sport. Our core operating principle is the game of lacrosse will be made accessible to all children in our community regardless of financial resources. We are a 501(c)(3) federally tax-exempt nonprofit charitable organization that serves youth living in the Shoreline and Lake Forest Park community.
Qualifications
Candidates should have played or coached lacrosse, preferably at the high school or college level. However, previous coaching experience with other sports is also desirable.

Responsibilities
- Assist with various coaching duties at practices and on game days.
- Assist in all administrative tasks associated with game day communication and reports.
- Attending fall and spring league and club meetings.
- Work closely with Shoreline Lacrosse coaches to help reinforce club goals and curriculum.
- Contribute in the structure of off-season clinics when applicable and monitor players skill progress.
These coaching jobs are stipend positions. The amount is based on your previous experience and level of time commitment. All costs for required certifications for coaching positions will be reimbursed.

Lacrosse Coaches will report to the Tahoma Lacrosse Club high school girl’s coordinator. Specific

o Supervision and instruction of lacrosse student-athletes during all team activities.
o Effective communication with student-athletes, their parents, and all board
members and coaches.
o Demonstrated knowledge, dedication, experience, and ability to teach lacrosse
skills and conditioning programs.
o Ability to teach student athletes sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline,
teamwork, commitment, pride, and fun.

girls high and youth.
o Ability and willingness to work, and collaborate with, all girl’s youth teams.
o Ability and willingness to help grow the girl’s program, both youth and high
school.

West Seattle Lacrosse is looking for coaches to join its high school coaching staff as Assistant Varsity Coach and JV Coaches. Candidates should have played or coached lacrosse, preferably at the high school or collegiate level. We are looking for someone excited to help our high school players grow as lacrosse players and young women.
West Seattle Lacrosse Club is an up and coming program with a solid player base, strong committed Board of directors and a passionate parent base. We also have a consistent Youth feeder program aligned with the Club.
Responsibilities
1. Compliance with all West Seattle Lacrosse Club conduct standards, WSLA policies and procedures
2. Assist in supervision and instruction of student-athletes during team practices M-Fr after school and/or in the evenings and on game days
3. Assist in the development of practice plans and conditioning routines
4. Strong communication with players, board members and families
5. Promotion of a healthy, competitive environment
6. Promotion of balanced achievement in all areas of school life for student-athletes
Requirements and Qualifications
1. At least 21 years of age, clean driving record and a valid Washington state driver’s
license.
2. Be available for all practices and competitions during their coaching season with availability on weekends as required.
3. Current US Lacrosse Membership
4. US Lacrosse’s “Level 1 Coaching” Certificate
5. Possess or obtain prior to the start of the season current First Aid/CPR certification.
